“Had Cricket for over 20 years. NEVER any issues or problems with service...and I have lived several different places/areas. Have switched to other carriers occasionally, even Spectrum. Still not as good as Cricket.”
“Well the first guy who helped me after spending 444.50 was having trouble getting into my account. I requested he call Corporate but he said there was nothing he could do. And then Angelica came to the rescue!! She took the time out with me to get the account pin reset and phone was working when I left the store. I also requested that she gets the commission for my sale but Bret stated that it was already in the system. I was going to get a refund and just say forget it but Angelica was an absolute angel. The other guy was rushing to get to the next customer and I just spent almost 500 which made me VERY upset. I felt like I wasn't valued. He was absolutely HORRIBLE and could maybe use some more technical training. Angelica and Bret were awesome! If it weren't for them...I would've paid 444.50 and left the store without any service on either phone. Angelica and Bret need a raise and I really appreciate them!”
“Stopped in with a few questions about my T-Mobile phone. The gentleman answered all my questions. Very nice. When I was getting ready to leave, the gentleman told me I needed to go to the T-Mobile store that was at a different location. He explained to me they do the prepaid part of T-mobile. ( I think that is how he explained it). He was very nice and polite and answered all my questions before he ever told me that the other location handled my phone problems. He was very professional and courteous, not telling me that at the beginning and never helped me. He handled that situation with professionalism and class! Thank you!”
