“I first called the Boost Store on Hwy 29 in Salisbury and asked a couple questions concerning a malfunction of some type I was having with the device I previously purchased a few months prior at this location. The lady who answered my call was FANTASTIC. She was super knowledgeable and very nice. Her name was Brenda and she said she actually works at the N. Kannapolis location also. I was so impressed by her that I specifically went to the store when she would be there. She worked hard by phone with Boost Customer Care and got my situation resolved as best she could. I would highly recommend either of the boost locations if Brenda is going to be the person behind the counter!”

She handled it so professionally and was not awkward about it at all, as some people in the past have been. We really appreciated it.”
