“I came into the store after my phone was stolen all my pictures of my mother in law that passed away were on the stolen phone the lady from another cricket store told me I couldn’t retrieve my account because I didn’t remember my gmail information. I decided to give another cricket store a try and came in Reynolda it’s very small store barley any parking but the customer service I received from the young lady working alone was exceptional she had a line of customers and juggling two customers at different computers and had a customer on the phone and she didn’t seem faced by the pressure after it was my turn and I explained how important my pictures were and I needed to know if I could get them back she told me she would try to retrieve it right after she was able to find out my account email and helped me reset password I was so grateful. The young lady name was Jessica or Jennifer from now on I will only go to this store and know that I am receiving the best customer care service keep up the good work cricket”

“Antoine was absolutely the best. He helped resolve the issues created by another store manager. When Makenzie B (Walkertown NC store) took on the task of transferring us from another provider she made so many errors that it took us all day Saturday with making calls and running between Verizon corporate and at&t corporate locations to fix and he stayed well past closing to make sure we left with working phones. If it wasn't for Antoine and his understanding of the issues & fixing the problems we would have cancelled the contract with you guys and just stuck with our old providers. Antoine deserves a raise while Makenzie B deserves to lose her assistant manager position and go back through training.”
“I went to the AT&T store off Summit Avenue, Winston-Salem NC. I was having a lot of ads popping up no matter what apps I was using. Also I needed a screen protector for my Galaxy S23 Ultra. The gentleman who helped me was Mike. He first took care of my pop up problem. Then he installed my screen protector. He gave me a generous discount on my screen protector. I had mentioned that I saw were I could get it cheaper on line. Also showed me were to go to register for lifetime warranty. Then Mike went above and beyond my expectations. He organized my apps and showed me some things to make it so much easier for me to find. I can not say enough about how great my experience was in this AT&T location today. I've only been with them for only 7 months now, so far I have only positive things to say about AT&T. I would like to add that I don't jump from company to company. The last phone company I was with for 23 years. This was the best service ever. Thank you Mike, you made one old lady feel like she was important and her business mattered.”

“Awesome service! I broke the glass on the back of my iPhone. They answered all my questions over the phone, ordered the part and fixed it same day after the part arrived!! Would highly recommend them and I would use them again. Great employees!!Only negative: The checkout had about twelve steps for the employee. They worked through it quickly (there was a trainer/trainee situation). But it seemed ridiculous when they had square payment. Did not matter to me; it just seemed odd when they had a square payment and it’s a tech type business.”

“Took a while to be helped, and once I was, the salesman had to keep getting up to check in others! However, when i came into the store, no one came to check me in they were checking us in by the color of the shirts we were wearing they weren't getting all our info....The salesman who helped me though was a really good and helpful one!!!Helping others while helping me!He was very nice and pleasant to talk to! I liked his enthusiasm and energy!!Even with the aggravation of having him get up and down multiple times to check others in, I would still go back and see him!!My problem wasn't fixed, like we thought when i left the store. “Clean location with friendly and helpful folks behind the counter. They were able to help me get my wife's phone number retrieved to a new SIM card after her phone was stolen. As an aside, whoever stole that phone, you picked the wrong one! Cricket service as a whole, I've had them for years, here in the Triad and back when I lived in NY. I have typically had great service, and they offer a good variety of options for monthly data and phone service. You can buy phones direct or bring your own. Customer service is unfortunately limited, as even the store staff have to call a number to help you with what you need. When I tried to call, the wait time was ridiculous, and they never did get to me via phone. Still, it's not often I need their customer service, and they manage to provide what I need in a phone service. The app is a tad buggy, but I am able to switch up service on the fly so that I can add data when I need it but also pay less when I don't need it. Thanks for good service and value, Cricket. And to whoever broke in my car and stole that phone, I suggest you sleep with one eye open!”

“Sams is as Sams does. It's big. It has a bunch of stuff you need and even more that you don't. Prices have increased substantially like everything else. But there are still deals to be had. Choose wisely when you come. Parking can be a cluster and getting out even worse. Avoid weekend and around holidays if you can.The store is fairly clutter free and usually well-stocked. Employees are friendly but the star for me is the deli. Gigantic pizza slice and bottomless drink for $2.50 and the pizza is good. Whole pie for $8.98. Save some money and eat here. Hotdog and drink $1.38. What's not to like?”
