“Will definitely recommend The Mower Shop for small engine repair service! I thought my Stihl M55 Tiller was a "goner." The motor head was bouncing around. “This being our 4th Home Depot in 4 days, to say we were frustrated, is an understatement. We should have started here because this was by far the best customer service I have received from any business. Alex was wonderful at the customer service desk and had already pulled the item we called about. Owen at the paint desk was fantastic and made sure we were happy with our color. “I'm a pretty frequent customer at THD depending on the project I have in progress at any given time. This store is conveniently located off I-77 exit 25, not far from Target, Whole Foods and Birkdale. They generally have everything I need in a big box store when I can't wait to receive items in the mail. Of course you pay more, but it is what it is. Staff is always willing to help and I love the self checkout option. Parking is never a problem either.”

“I give much respect to Rey in the warranty department for taking ownership of my situation and coming up with a solution that worked..▪︎▪︎(However, two phone calls before I spent approximately a total of 1 hour on the phone..FYI...After in both phone calls the representative said they would connect me to a supervisor..I agreed..after waiting and waiting on both phone call for a while it was obvious that they planned on not coming back to the phone and they knew once I hang up the customer reviews questionnaire would not activate).▪︎▪︎No work ethics...yet want to get paid!!!!”
