“So this 7-11 is in a great location, is fairly new looking, and seems safe. Pros-I love the car wash! It's newer so it really seems to give my car a thorough wash for the base price, lots of pumps and I've never seen any closed for service, and anytime I've gone inside the actual 7-11 convenience store part, it's been clean, well stocked, and I've experienced really friendly employees. 7-11 also gives you a really good discount for gas if you sign up for their rewards program. Cons- the pumps don't take chip cards and the card I prefer to use (a chip card but I've used the magnetic strip before so I know it works) won't work in any of their pumps so I have to use my bank card which is not my favorite thing to do. Also, (and this is Charlotte, so it really could happen anywhere here) someone was shot and killed there at 10 in the morning recently which is disconcerting.At any rate, I still go here and think it's way better than the gas station closest to me.”

“Richard was wonderful! He made replacing my phone so easy. He let me know options without offering so much that it was overwhelming.Mostly I was grateful that he was chatting not salesy while we were waiting for my phone to update. It was great to chat with someone who didn’t act like a used car salesman. I’ve never had such an easy phone update.”

“After calling five stores all through Charlotte looking for an oh cedar spin mop and no one answering the phone rather me getting hung up on. I finally called the target at University Place and I hit human resource and Tam a lady named Tam answered the phone and she found me one and I drove to the store and picked it up. “Target is addictive but so much fun shopping there. My cashier had a surprise visit from her daughter wishing her a Happy Valentine's Day. Love is love. My purpose was to check out their Black History Month displays. They do a good job in my opinion of showcasing our global neighbors with unique items not found anywhere else. Custoner service is good. Cashiers are helpful and might just walk you to the item location you saw online. Prices are comparable and have good value. It's always nice to visit, clean aisles, and endcap items, pulling you closer. Be back soon”

“Stopped at the 7-Eleven while gassing up the car and needed to run inside to grab an item or two. I normally gas up at the Exxon here but have only gone into the 7-Eleven maybe once or twice previously. Every time that I've gone in, I've never had an issue and I've always found what I've needed. The cashier/checkout staff has always been friendly and accommodating when needed. Inside the 7-Eleven, there is a plentiful supply of items that you may need. There is a coffee station, Slurpee machine, foods, beverage items (soft drinks, water, beer and wine), snacks and many other items. Inside there is also an ATM machine that can be utilized in if needed. It is one of the better 7-Eleven convenience stores that I've been in, so that's a plus for sure. If you need more extensive items, this location is close by a variety of other stores such as grocery and restaurants.”
