“This was a really nice, clean, spacious, well stocked Target to come to while I was in the Charlotte area. I grabbed dinner from L&L across the way then came here to grab some goodies for dessert and R&R before retiring to my motel. I got some wine, ice cream (try Jeni's Gooey Butter Cake if you haven't yet), some face masks, bubble bath, and some chocolate. It's always fun just walking around Target looking for a deal - and deals were found. It was a very relaxing, calm location - not crowded at all, which is nice. The workers were all friendly, although I ended up just using self checkout. I definitely would recommend this location if you need something while in the area. It was a pleasant experience.”

“The new manager is wonderful! The atmosphere is a total 180 from what it use to be. The store is actually organized and looks so much better and cleaner. The pumps have window cleaner and paper towels in them and it actually had receipt paper at the pumps. The bathrooms were open and clean. My coffee was hot and fresh. The manager is very nice and is working very hard to give this store a second chance. She deserves recognition from the company. Will be stopping here every chance I get!”

“Went to Verizon regarding an issue with my voicemail not alerting me of phone call messages. Tech Specialist, Greg, listened attentively and began troubleshooting the issue. I learned that my VPN needed to be "off" for phone and voicemail. Greg tested the voicemail, but it still was not working properly. He called Verizon tech support, and we learned that approximately one year ago, someone had "call forwarded" my number to a number I did not recognize (wondering if/how my phone was hijacked). Verizon was not able to see who my voicemails were going to, only a local phone number. Verizon was able to confirm that the forwarding number was not a Verizon number. We were told to call *73 which "unforwarded" my voicemail. Greg, thank you for your diligence, patience, and expert assistance to resolve the issue.”

“I dropped into this location when I dropped my phone and filed an insurance claim. I got my phone delivered the next day and had to go back into the store to get help with activation. I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. I had an awful experience at a different location last year and didn't have high hopes but they were awesome both times. I will now be going exclusively to this location and had a positive experience!”
