“I have been upset with Truist for a long time since the service is not the same as BB&T had, yet a couple weeks ago I found myself trying to get to a branch close to 5pm and ended up at one that was closed permanently yet showed open on the website. It was closing time when I called this location and reached the banker who said they would wait due to the other branch being closed. I wish I had gotten their names, but the banker met me at the tellers window, and both the teller and banker were nice and friendly. I couldn't ask for better service. Faith restored, and I'll only use this branch when I need one even though it's 25 miles from home.”

Since I needed someone else there to sign and couldn’t complete the task I was hoping to finish, she set me up with an appointment at a time that worked for us to go to a facility with Saturday hours. Don’t be too scared by the negative reviews!”

“I've had nothing but good experiences with this Bank of America location in downtown High Point. I've interacted with various folks here over a number of decades now, from help with my first home mortgage to investments. The people have been great.Most recently, I worked with Lineth Pena and she was wonderful. She was very nice, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and efficient. She's great at what she does. I wish there were more people like her.This is the only Bank of America in High Point that's open on Saturday.Compared to other Bank of America locations I've been to, mainly in North Carolina and Georgia, this location is perhaps the nicest and biggest. I believe I remember when this location opened and I want to say it was in the 90s, but I don't know for sure. I grew up going to the church next door, First Baptist Church, beginning in the 80s.”
