“Can't say I have enjoyed my short stint with T-Mobile as a whole. However, Shaqwareya, at this particular store, is the kindest person I've ever had the pleasure to be helped by in any phone store. She really listened when the customer service call center was unhelpful. She's the one the five stars are for.”

Tirzah area of Person County testing and using internet and phone service from Lightleap with no problems. Good company to deal with, I highly recommend it.”

“I've been with T-Mobile for a while now. I have 3 lines and home internet. All services work great for me. Today my wife and I stopped in to explore getting new phones. I first met with Vince. He is a very knowledgeable and service driven guy. He explained all of the options to help find the best solution for us. I had additional questions while he was switching our data over. That's when Tyra put the cherry on top. She answered all of my question, showing expertise. It was easy to see why she is manager. And there were 2 other employees( didn't catch there names) dark haired young lady and a gentleman with a beard. They where all super helpful and nice. Great customer experience all around. My go to place for sure.”

“In my own opinion - with having worked for Verizon for over a year, they provide excellent employee perks and benefits. Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”

“I was visiting from out of town and my phone started freaking out and a message popped up that I didn't have a Sim card. I stopped in close to closing time on a Saturday and left 15 minutes later with a fixed phone and no out of pocket expense. I was sure they were going to tell me that my phone was going to need to be replaced, but all I needed was a new sim card. The manager, Jeshua, was amazing and so nice! Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon.”

First the guy on the phone Dlast was so helpful and super nice guy. Then my technician Mike (I wish I knew his last name) was also super helpful and made sure that the job was done and done right.
