“After searching for months for someone to move my small baby grand piano, I contacted Mr. Brady for recommendations. I had talked with so many moving companies with their ridiculous pricing, I was thrilled when Mr. Brady said he could help me. We made an appointment for the move and he and his assistant disassembled the piano, followed us the short distance to our storage unit and reassembled the piano, all within 90 minutes. Doug Brady Piano provided not just a moving service for me, he genuinely cared about helping me with something that is very important to me and at such a reasonable cost. Thank you Mr. Brady and I will be calling you when I’m ready to move my piano to our new home.”

“Visited this Starbucks on my way out of Target today. This location every time I come is so packed, and I realized today it very well could be the staffs fault. Only two women working at the time, one with cute green hair was sweet and did awesome. I wasn't exactly put off by the extra 2 minutes it took to get my bagged pastry and tall frappe, but as I sat there waiting for my husband with my three kids patiently I started to notice the same girl who was just chatting with a friend, who clearly stopped by, she didn't seem very concerned about leaving her coworker alone and shaking her responsibilities as MANY very patient customers flowed through. Credit to our green haired barista, I did enjoy our visit, just thought she should be called out lol”

Alongside the customer service you see within stores and the willingness the company is to go above and beyond to provide solutions to keep us all connected. In my own opinion I've never experienced any issues with the quality of service on any of my mobile devices. I also would say that by traveling nationwide with the use of my devices I can attest to that.”

“I was visiting from out of town and my phone started freaking out and a message popped up that I didn't have a Sim card. I stopped in close to closing time on a Saturday and left 15 minutes later with a fixed phone and no out of pocket expense. I was sure they were going to tell me that my phone was going to need to be replaced, but all I needed was a new sim card. The manager, Jeshua, was amazing and so nice! Best experience I've ever had at a Verizon.”
