It's bestbuy, something's are cheap and some not so much considering you can get things online cheaper. They have improved on getting people discounts and price drops and certain offers that can suck in customers, and service seems to be good, just plan on being broke if you come here, especially if you are with a spouse.....

Ok. Met Joshua today and though his shirt said Samsung he went out of his way to help me. Probably one of the best customer service interactions I have ever had. Wasn't expecting this level of service at a BestBuy

I had excellent service. Very knowledgeable, helped me with a new laptop and printer. Listened to my needs without trying to break my wallet.
