“Rent a wheel has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. They educated me on the process and show me my options of rims to let me make the decision unlike most other companies make the decision for you. Max even went out and put the rims up to the car so o could see what they could look like. These rims are not light weight either. The process was short and pleasant and affordable. I recommend these guys above any other competitor. Everyone was kind and helpful. The one thing that will cause me to return for repeat business is at the end your factory rims and tires have to go with the customer and I had me and my two sons with me. My younger son is in a wheelchair and with the tires and is there was no room for the wheelchair to go so without me even asking Max offered to follow me home and drop the wheelchair off. If it weren’t for him I don’t know what I would’ve done.If you want a family oriented experience and for people to care about you and your decisions you need to choose Rent A Wheel!!!!”

“I recently bought a 2023 Ioniq 6 here, and the purchase experience was phenomenal. My partner had been wanting an electric car for a while, but we had recently paid off her current car and weren't needing to replace it for any reason, but we decided to come check out some cars they had on the lot that were heavily discounted. The salesperson, David, came out and met us, asked a few questions about what we were looking for, and set up a test drive.Now my wife is used to salepeople ignoring her and talking right at me instead since I'm a guy, but once David heard the car was for her and not me he did the opposite. He was great and answered all of my wifes questions, encouraged her to drive the car, and was just very respectful and pleasant to deal with. We decided to sleep on the decision as we always do, and they were very respectful and weren't overly pushy. The next day we agreed to get it, and they got us a very good deal including a generous trade in offer for her current car that wasn't far off from what I was planning to list it for. Even the finance guy was pleasant, which was a big surprise from previous car purchasing experiences I've had.Overall, it was a great time, and if you are looking for a new Hyundai I'd reccomend this dealership highly. David and his sales manager MJ were both great.”

“I called in a panic when my car shut off on me and these guys picked up the phone, told me I could leave my car with them and had it repaired the next day. He texted me updates which I really appreciated so I didn’t have to constantly leave class or work to respond. The price of a New alternator sucks in general, but the one he used comes with a life time warranty and I can appreciate that since I’ve had to deal with janky alternators in the past. “Need an inspection and oil change service, I arrived at 8am there were a few other already in lounge. I was greeted by the manager and he took my registration and keys, so I didn't wait for an advisor as he had just taken a vehicle back to shop. Everything professionally handled and in a timely manner. It's my Wife vehicle so I certainly want it in tip top shape ... it's a 8 year old vehicle... I was told the vehicle had a multi point inspection and everything looks fine . I paid for the inspection and service.... Only nothing more , they even rotated the tires (after they hunted for the wheel lock , lol) didn't try to upsell any marginal work. They did what was needed and didn't charge for a rotation... you can't really do a multi point inspection without pulling of the tires ... breaks are behind the wheels ! In and out ... very pleased”
