“The Pughs' service is excellent because one time a year ago, I went into the office one morning asking for a tire rotation. They were busy but the guy at the service desk said, ' he'd put me in line and try his best to get it done that day'. That's without me making an appointment and he went out of his way to squeeze me into thier busy schedule. Then, after the technician rotated , he was kind enough to let me talk with him for a second, and treated my vehicle cautiously and with care when he parked it. No scratches or dents. Very professional and easy going company. I'd recommend them to anybody. Just remember they are busy and have patience ,because its worth the time.”

“I recently went over to this company looking for a nice reliable car. The sales person that greeted me that day was Hope. She was so nice even though I was just asking questions she made me feel like I was all that mattered in that moment. I came back yet again not to purchase but to ask MORE questions. She still made it seem like I was one of her #1 customers. Once I actually got the car I liked on the lot she worked fast to get me to work and in the car in a timely manner. Well the next day after I drove the car it wouldn't turn over. I called the company because I know nothing about cars. I brought the car as is meaning they didn't have to do anything for me. Hope offered to drive every bit of 15 minutes to give what both us females thought was needed a jump. Well when she arrived she had the repair man with her as well. I had a loose cable to my battery he secured said cable and my car started running. Hope ask for no gas money or anything and she came in her own car. I said all that to say she went above and beyond her call of duty. Once again letting me know I am now a valued customer.
