They told me exactly what I needed to get done and why, all for a reasonable price. They could have took my money and ran on some of the work that I needed done but they pointed out how that would affect my dealership warranty. This is my 2nd vehicle I’ve taken to them and will continue to from here on out”

“I called in a panic when my car shut off on me and these guys picked up the phone, told me I could leave my car with them and had it repaired the next day. He texted me updates which I really appreciated so I didn’t have to constantly leave class or work to respond. The price of a New alternator sucks in general, but the one he used comes with a life time warranty and I can appreciate that since I’ve had to deal with janky alternators in the past. “Had the hydro boost go out on my Ram 2500 at the end of a coast to coast trip. Looking around the Greenville area for a reputable diesel mechanic I came across Everett's. They were able to get me in quickly to be looked at and diagnosed the exact issue in only an hour or so.Nothing on a diesel truck is cheap and I braced myself for a huge quote. Instead, I was given an extremely fair quote and told it would be about two days... Maybe three business days over a weekend. That wasn't a problem and I expected to not get the truck back until the next week. I got a call mid morning on the second day saying it was all done and good to go which was great news. What really shocked me was they came in $100 under the quote. Lots of places I've been would've still just gone with the quote, but not at Everett's where they're actually honest on all their work performed.One thing of note: Like many small businesses they are getting raked over the coals by processing fees on cards, so they charge 3% if you pay by card. I pointed out to the lady that this isn't legal on a debit card (it is completely legal on credit) due to the Durbin Amendment of the Frank Dodd Wall Street Reform Act, specifically 15 U.S.C. § 1693o-2. This is because a debit transaction is treated "same as cash" under Federal Law. As the lady didn't have the power to change the charge I paid it, but explained that I had worked for a business where our processor was taking the charge on all cards. We were audited and then forced to pay back about 18 months of charges which basically took all profit from about three months of business.”

“Had a slow leak on my truck tire, pulled into this establishment and the quickly got my tire off the rim, found the nail in my tire, repaired it and filled to correct pressure like they were in NASCAR!! Didn't cost much, and highly recommend!!”

“This was my first time here, and I got an oil change & inspection. Everyone was very friendly & helpful, it wasn't a long wait, plus they have a great waiting area with wifi & drink machine. So, I would recommend them.? Also want to say that the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they stopped giving a free car wash when you get an oil change, and I feel that if I pay a lot of money (especially for an all synthetic oil change), they should at least give a free basic wash or a discount. Evidently the new owners are the reason for it, so that's a shame.”

Knowing that I needed my van to work on Monday, not only did they stay late to finish the job but brought my van to my home due to the late hour.I have not seen duty, diligence and commitment like this since I left the military. “Need an inspection and oil change service, I arrived at 8am there were a few other already in lounge. I was greeted by the manager and he took my registration and keys, so I didn't wait for an advisor as he had just taken a vehicle back to shop. Everything professionally handled and in a timely manner. It's my Wife vehicle so I certainly want it in tip top shape ... it's a 8 year old vehicle... I was told the vehicle had a multi point inspection and everything looks fine . I paid for the inspection and service.... Only nothing more , they even rotated the tires (after they hunted for the wheel lock , lol) didn't try to upsell any marginal work. They did what was needed and didn't charge for a rotation... you can't really do a multi point inspection without pulling of the tires ... breaks are behind the wheels ! In and out ... very pleased”

“I truly like these guys here! They are very friendly and explain things to you when you need them explained. I had my oil changed and my Inspection done there and I have no complaints what so ever. The process was quick and easy and the guys actually provided service with a smile. I felt comfortable not like they were going to try to hit me over the head with unnecessary items, or try to take advantage of my being a female like some other places I have gone to. And they will drive your car in the bay if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, like me. If something needed replacing or was close to needing to be replaced they showed it to me and explained what was wrong. They showed me my air filter that was blacker than my tires so it definitely needed replacing, and my wipers are still good for now but I should consider replacing them before the fall. This is a good group of guys. Go see them!”
