“Mauricio is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He goes above and beyond with the quality of service.I’ve had several issues with my car battery over the last few months, but I had put off replacing it for a few reasons, one major reason being that I wasn’t sure if I was also having alternating issues.. another being money, and then the fact that I have a lot to manage in my personal life.. caring for sick family members, grieving, traveling to help another relative after an operation, and handling more additional matters than i can go into.Today I told myself I would go get it done but I wasn’t able to get to the store until 10min before closing. While I was explaining the issue and asking questions he offered to test the alternator, then tested it and determined the issue was the battery. The alternator seemed fully functional.I told him I’d buy a battery, (which I was planning to change at home) but with less than five min to closing he offered to swap the batteries for me.. I wasn’t about to ask him to do either of those things at closing time & was silently planning how I would fit another trip to O’Reilly’s into tomorrows schedule.. But his offers seemed sincere and he didn’t seem bothered or annoyed at all.5 Stars”

I didn't know that Advance Auto has been taken over by Car Quest Auto parts, which means parts are a little more expensive than the old Advance Auto.”

“My husband and I had been looking within a two hundred mile radius of our home in Virginia Beach, Virginia to find the specific vehicle we were looking for (2024 CX5 Turbo Premium in Mica Blue). After finding a match at Brown & Wood Mazda, I sent over an inquiry and Stacy responded. Although that vehicle didn't work out ("in transit with no definite date of arrival"), Stacy worked with Dwayne and they found an alternate (even better - higher end model, Turbo Signature in Mica Blue) for us and worked some serious magic to get us into it. This team TRULY works together to make the customer feel like a priority and to put the deal together. I consider myself to be a hard negotiator, and Stacy and Dwayne worked with us and gave us a really good deal on our new vehicle. We drove 141 miles each way to go to this dealership to purchase our new car from them, bypassing all of the local or closer Mazda dealers to buy from them. Stacy and Dwayne did all of the preliminary paperwork to be ready for our arrival since we were traveling so far to buy from them, and had us ready to meet Micah, who finished the financing portion of the deal (with no pressure or games, what a welcomed touch to the finish line). He had us sign and out the door. We were at the dealership, start to finish in less than two hours. THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR MAKING OUR REPLACEMENT 2024 MAZDA CX5 TURBO SIGNATURE BUYING EXPERIENCE SUCH A PLEASURABLE ONE (we replaced our 2019 with a newer model). We would make that drive again and again to work with such a wonderful team of professionals. We will see you next year when its time to change the oil and get some more of that great Carolina bbq!!
