“Local family owned business that takes care of their customers. Purchased a fridge at a great price, they even delivered it for me. Unfortunately the fridge had issues the first week. This wasn't their fault, they didn't make it but they picked up the fridge and gave me an even better deal on a step up model for my trouble.Kim was our salesperson. She took time to help us with selection, and even offer suggestions that weren't on the sales floor. Her and Davis worked together to ensure we were happy with our purchase.If you need an appliance, mattress, grill or other item that is sold here, give them a shot. We need businesses like this that cares about customers and can take care of them like big box stores can't. Even though this wasn't my first purchase with them, Greenville Appliance has earned my support.”

“The selection is expansive. Some of the sales staff are incredibly engaged. Delivery time was reasonable. The prices seem a little high against the overall market but the sales they run look like good discounts. The manager and supervisor were incredibly helpful and informative. The office staff was absolutely on the ball and informative. Expansive clearance selection, wide selection of merchandise I could've taken home immediately. Overall a very traditional furniture store experience, not terribly unpleasant.”

“As a longtime repeat customer of over three years, I've always enjoyed dealing with Mr. Clayton. However, during my visit last Friday, I was assisted by Miss Dajah, who was equally phenomenal, especially after an unpleasant experience at Aaron's.Living 20 minutes away, my husband and I were hesitant, but Miss Dajah's assistance over the phone convinced us to return. Once there, we shopped, made our choices, and were attended to by Jerome, the manager on duty. Though initially stern, a little conversation revealed him to be quite decent.The delivery guys, including Ty(Ty the Man), were great, and even the other guy with him which as bald headed to give a description who had seemed attitudinal in the past was much improved. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase and expect to return once it's paid in full. Despite saying many times that I wouldn't be back, as Mr. Clayton always joked, "never say never!"If you're looking for reasonable items and superior customer service, I highly recommend them – a far better choice than Badcock in my opinion.”
