It was not the bargain or the couch that won our hearts. Nope! It was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Crystal and Joe listened and answered our questions without making us feel like we were tire kickers. The owner actually told us he needed us and we want to support small business. He made us a great deal. The next day Crystal and Joe delivered our couch with the same enthusiasm. “The place has been a good one for years to cater to Washington and surrounding areas with wide variety of choices in furniture and payment options. The manager Mr. Tyrone is very efficient and listens carefully and is willing to work with you with best options available. Building is being renovated at this moment and I am glad they will come back bigger and better and brighter.
