“With me being in construction I break phones monthly. And now that I have to pay $200 for a new phone I am looking for a new company I'll buy at least eight phones a year. The upgrade was every 3 months now it is every 6 monthsI don't think this is going to work for me but this is a great company and great customer service”

“This Cricket Wireless is one of the best cricket wireless stores I’ve ever been in it is decorated nicely for St. Patrick’s Day. It is managed well! The employees are extremely helpful. Megan, Quetta and Adrian are wonderful. They go above and beyond anytime anybody comes in there and I got to meet Adrian who worked with me on trying to get an iPhone 11 and he did an awesome job. He hooked me up with a Case, screen protector, charging block, a speaker and protection on my phone on the $60 dollar going to in the future. This is a good group of people will to meet customers needs and wants”

However, during my visit last Friday, I was assisted by Miss Dajah, who was equally phenomenal, especially after an unpleasant experience at Aaron's.Living 20 minutes away, my husband and I were hesitant, but Miss Dajah's assistance over the phone convinced us to return. Once there, we shopped, made our choices, and were attended to by Jerome, the manager on duty. Though initially stern, a little conversation revealed him to be quite decent.The delivery guys, including Ty(Ty the Man), were great, and even the other guy with him which as bald headed to give a description who had seemed attitudinal in the past was much improved. All in all, we are pleased with our purchase and expect to return once it's paid in full. Despite saying many times that I wouldn't be back, as Mr. Clayton always joked, "never say never!"If you're looking for reasonable items and superior customer service, I highly recommend them – a far better choice than Badcock in my opinion.”

“I been shopping at trade it for years they have pretty good prices for old games you can expect around retail if not alittle over maybe alittle under but over all pretty good most games you can find here are around the 4.99 to 9.99 with your rare exception but expect one of those prices they have a good selection and very friendly staff who is always willing to help out just today I got a copy of oblivion for the ps3 which sadly when I got home and tested it it kept crashing over and over so since it was within their 24 hours return period for games I was able trade it for the two games below the past two times I been there today and last week me and the staff talk a bunch about games while waiting for a cashier (the first time only today I was talking with my cashier themselfs) I’m graying a lot I know but overall I love this store and don’t plan to stop coming in (only thing I don’t recommend doing is trading in games since they don’t give you a great price idk if I was supposed to debate or whatever but as long as you buy stuff I have no complaints)”
