“This is the best pesnke i have been to so far. The fuel line is mostly empty because of how fast they fuel your truck but take their time inspecting your vehicle, making sure you have fluids and everything is working properly. The shop is fast and the guys and girls working there are really proficient and fast. I'm really impress thats why i make this place my go to stop when in come to my truck.”

He provided all the detail that I need to provide a realistic ETC. He even assisted after hours by reaching out to the right people to make sure my driver could pull our tractor out after they're gate closed for the night. It's not often that a service manger provides you their cell phone number. It was greatly appreciated and saved us time and money.”

“Excellent service!!! Some uhaul dealers are not all that professional but this one is excellent. I did not do the pre check-in but the check in still only took about 5 minutes. When I got back, I simply handed over the keys and left and 5 minutes later got the accurate adjusted receipt. Also the truck I got was in good condition.”

4519 West Market Street, Greensboro“Lots of mixed reviews here. I had some appliances to pick up and was able to reserve a 10' truck the morning of for 2 hours. The only issue I ran into was the 10' truck wouldn't start so the worker just gave me the keys to a 15' truck for the same cost. The issue was resolved in 1 minute and no extra work was needed on my end. Drop off was as simple as giving the same worker the keys and I left. My final bill was adjusted lower because my initial mileage estimate was more than I actually drove. The reservation was done online through the website. Would recommend and do business with them again. Entrance is on the west side of the building and the office is to the left as soon as you enter.”

911 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro“The customer service was horrible. The female representative was talking rudely about another customer in front of me. They did not have any available storage units even though I had one reserved. The male representative advised that this happens all the time and that he doesn’t know why they don’t fix it. The tire sensor was showing in the U-Haul and I went to address it inside the store. The same male representative was rude and said it’s broken. I replied if something happens to the tire will I be responsible for it. He replied the tire sensor is broken. I said sir, I’m trying to make sure that I am not responsible for anything that happens to the tire and he then says I didn’t say that I said the tire sensor is broken. The other male customer representative then advised me that I would not be responsible for it. This was a horrible experience, especially because I was on a time limit, and I had prepared everything in advance so that my daughters move could go smoothly. I had to find another storage at the last minute. Totally unacceptable.”
“I just got a storage unit with city storage and I must say it has been one of the best customer service annd moving experiences I have had yet.. the staff is so friendly and welcoming. The units or so nice and convenient. They will have my Business for a while.. Thanks for all your help.”
