However, the rate on my unit increased 80% over 3 years--when BeeSafe took over the rates went up a lot faster and steeper. “Moving is such a stressful experience! Fortunately I found AAA Self Storage on Groometown Road. I had never used a storage facility before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. The staff there were super friendly and extremely helpful. The use of the moving truck - for free!! - was a surprise added bonus. I was supposed to keep a single 10 x 20 unit for a month, but ended up with 4 units for two months (to date) Michell Riggs was awesome to work with. She made sure my units were close together for my ease of use and made the whole chaotic and difficult situation a little better - which was very much appreciated! Someone needs to give that lady a raise! :) I've visited the location numerous times to move my belongings out a little at a time and every time, Michell and Julie are friendly and happy to help me in any way possible. Seriously, I can't recommend this place enough. I hope to never have to use it again though! :)”
