Starting off on trying to trade my cracked phone for a newer one started off on a slippery slope. (Got my screen fixed) and went straight to the Granite location to trade in. Four hours, 50 phone calls and tugging my fiances arm, we ended up with him switching to T-Mobile from Verizon, a new phone and a new line, for less than what he paid for his one phone with Verizon. She was not only patient with myself, but when I had to leave to grab my daughter- played with her as well. Lexis was an incredible representative and truly made us feel great. “Highly recommend this store. Mason was so, so kind and helpful, and walked me through all my options to replace my phone that had suddenly stopped working the night before (need it for work). He didn't just try to sell me the most expensive phone like I've experienced at some Cricket stores, he answered all my questions and helped me figure out what option worked best for me. I can’t remember the ladies name who helped me, but she was a store manager, and she made sure that I got a plan that would help me out instead of hurting my bank account in the long run.
