“I had Total Wireless for a little while. Cracked my screen less that 24 hours after having the phone. I got upset because they wouldn't replace it after not asking me if I needed a screen protector. Which I ordered a case through them. So after 6 months or so I changed companies.That was a bad mistake. I went to Straight Talk. That was a terrible choice. Wish I had stayed with Total Wireless. B I now have terrible service and Zerp support. I'm definitely going back to Total Wireless. At least I know the service is fantastic and there is support 24/7.Thanks Total Wireless”

“I have been a Verizon customer for many years and have not been happy. I went into AT&T looking for a different server. Your sales representative was awesome. Sold me right away. He was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable and when he didn’t know he told us his manager would be back from lunch soon and he would have an answer. It doesn’t cost a dime to be kind and when you deal with the public which can be harsh at times you still need to kind and courteous. He was so nice and so willing to help us switch. He is exactly who you need in that store and I hope you appreciate the great work he does. Even my daughter was impressed.”

“Our family recently stopped shopping right after opening due to poor management. On one occasion manager had someone coming in to interview while we were shopping, upon leaving of potential new hire manager was loud and stated the person looked like a "druggie". I personally feel as if that should have been kept confidential. We shopped again a week or so back and seen the store has a new manager. Mrs. Shannon was very pleasant and seemed like she was very eager to help. Poor Management kills Business and Sales. I hope that with new management this store can prosper.”

“The store was very clean and well organized. Everything was in stock that I needed. The sales associate was very good at multitasking. While I was there 3 other customers came in to pay their bill and she was able to do the task and not keep me waiting. Very impressed ??. She was polite, knowledgeable, the only one working in the store ? at the time of my visit. She even greeted everyone as soon as they walked through the door ?....”

“Management is amazing they will help you if they can. The front end (check out's) are short handed and stuff happens but the cashiers are really friendly and do as much possible to help you to there extent. Highly recommend and remember press 5 stars on the self checkout screens after you pay.”
