“I give the pharmacy 5 stars. Every employee in the pharmacy is wonderful. Very helpful and polite. But to Go to the front if you want to buy something, I give those cashiers zero points. None! They are the rudest employees I have ever delt with. If they don't like their jobs, make them leave. Why are the pharmacy people so nice and friendly, and the front cashiers so rude? I will only get my prescriptions there and medical things. I will never go pay up front again. Today, I said something friendly and the old cashier snapped at me. If I was her boss, she'd be out the door. Kudos for the best pharmacy in Garner. They will keep me coming in.”

“I’m doing this review on my husbands behalf but I’ve been here a few times too to pick up his meds. I was surprised to see all of the negative reviews. We’ve always had a good, professional experience. My husband said if they want something to complain about, they need to try Walmart! ? We are happy at this location. I realize though that many people picking up meds aren’t feeling well so it doesn’t take much to feel like someone is being rude or unprofessional. I understand that but we have never had a bad experience here.”

I didn’t feel like just another customer, but I felt like a valued customer. “The only drug store near me that I know of besides Target. They are conveniently located on my way to work. I wish they opened before 8:00 am and closed later, but they seem to always have what I need when I go. Very helpful if you have a cold or flu to get meds before work.”

“I ordered same day Christmas cards on 10/31 - I called to check on them that afternoon as well as the next day in the morning & kept being assured they were almost done and they'd be ready soon. I called at 7:30 pm, and they said they were done and ready for pickup. Although the store was disorganized & my order wasn't ready when I was told it was- I have to say that Bri (the employee that helped me) was literally breaking her back to get me the cards. She was a total gem & stuck it out to get me what I needed. If it wasn't for her, I probably would've been wayyy more upset than I was - this store should definitely give her the recognition she deserves. She's the best!”
“I have never had a problem. I come here from Memphis Tn. and stay for at least a month or longer, and my meds have to be picked up there. They are always polite and have my medications ready for me at the pick-up. I also go inside the store a lot, and if I need help, there is no problem getting it. These negative reviews are blowing my mind.”
