“Hi to all those who see Ravi and his staff for their pharmaceutical needs! My name is Dr. Prashant K. Patel and I wish to leave a review as a physician who sees various patients from all walks of life. I am an Internal Medicine Physician, Diabetologist and what some may know as a "Primary Care Physician" at Cary Internal Medicine & The Diabetes Center. While I was on call I just receieved a call from a patient at our practice who is COVID-19+ with muscle aches, fevers, chills, cough all of which began today. While he is typically sees my physician partner I had the honor and privilege of assisting him this evening after he returned from a vacation in NYC of attending to his acute symptoms and reviewing his medical record while on call and advising him not only of his treatment regimen but also prescribing the Paxlovid antiviral. He proactively asked that the script be sent to Ravi at Swift Creek Pharmacy as it is late on a Sunday evening despite it being closed as he has confidence in both Ravi and his staff that they will fill the script expeditiously first thing Monday morning. It is rare that as an on-call physican the patient knows not only the local pharmacy but also the name of the pharmacist! However, at least a dozen of my patients have mentioned how they value Ravi's knowledge, empathy, and service. One of my patient's informed me that he was picking up a script at Ravi's pharmacy and the individual ahead of him did not have the money to pay him and he supplied her medication to her at NO COST! While it may have been that the patient may have been there a bit earlier or something else such stories are what the human spirit is all about! While I have not had the honor of meeting Ravi and his staff I can attest to the fact that there is only one pharmacist whom pateints from various backgrounds speak so highly. Best to Ravi and Swift Creek Pharmacy! Fortunate to have Swift Creek Pharmacy in our area!”

“What a great pharmacy! I had all my prescriptions transferred to them from CVS. They are so responsive, they always answer the phone they know me when I call or come in by name. So personable so knowledgeable and they really treat you like a person not a number. I can't say enough good things! It is so nice to have someone you can actually talk to unlike my experiences at CVS! The owners are wonderful! Highly recommend!!”

“I've been passing by Ashworth for months, and I'm glad I finally had the chance to stop in. Upon walking in, you are transported back in time. I do not think most things have moved since they opened in 1957, especially the seats in the deli counter. I needed a substitute toothbrush of all things, and Ashworth had what I needed. They also had an amazing grilled cheese on rye and tomato soup. This was not tomato soup out of a can. This is homemade soup with tons of creaminess, flavor, and love. I do not like tomato based foods at all, but I literally would have licked the container of soup clean if I could have! This is a must go to! Also, they have tons of other sandwiches and entrees, including their hot dogs. I will be back!”

“Our doctor called in a very specialized antibiotic for our child one hour before the pharmacy closed right before Christmas. Wendy the pharmacist was very generous with her time and extremely compassionate to accept a specialized order so late in the day. She took her time to explain the details when handing it to me personally…extremely professional. The front office staff was extremely personable and professional as well. We live 30mins away and will be driving here because of the wonderful experience!Thank you so much!!”

“This is my 2nd time. When I asked for VIC Card. They asked me for Id. I said I have only Soft Copies of Passport but they did not agree. I'm not sure why they are so stringent about itFor the first purchase the lady at the counter was so sweet by explaining all details about the bill and used store card for discountsToday there was a different lady she never applied for Store Card. I enquired about Cherry Tomatoes buy one get one offer whether it was applied. She then checked to the guy next counter and he said try applying store card and he himself typed. Moment it was added all discounts was applied and I was able to save 20$. I really felt bad why the lady at the counter today did not apply for store card but the other day she herself applied the store cardWe pretty much liked the store apart from this experience”

“This place has been a great adjuvant pharmacy to our practice. We have been able to receive compounded medications that have been difficult to find or on backorder. We've also had them create formularies for us to better suit our patient's needs. They discuss pricing and amounts up front so there are no surprises at the end. You can also get them to make medications if you are allergic to a certain brand but need it. Definitely worth checking out.”

“Where I live, I will say that I have pretty much every grocery store (except Wegmans) at my disposal. I have to say that my local Harris Teeter over near Flowers Plantation in Clayton is pretty much where I shop 99% of the time. In nearly every aisle, they seem to have a national brand; their own brand, and then something from a local source or small batch source. I have come across so many products that I can only find at HT. They have a huge salad bar, Asian hot bar, Pizza bar and fresh made sushi all separate from the aisle goods. The store is well laid out and things are sorted out where they should be. Have you ever said to yourself when you can't find something "Why isn't it where it should be" or " why the heck is it over there"? Well HT takes that all away. The self check out is always kept moving by the attendant and in the rare times I have to go through the line, the folks are always polite and I even recognize some because they live nearby. My local HT is a great place to shop and I feel it stands out from the others that are nearby!”

“For some reason the results of my original test were not sent to me. I went back after 3 days thinking it was best to retake the test anyway. Chetan was the person that helped me. He was helpful and professional taking the new test, but he also took the time to follow up on the previous years and ensure I got those results. Walmart also has an automated phone system that calls you when you get close to needing a refill. You can also call in your refills per automated system.The Pharmacist are very professional and knowledgeable on offering options and how each of my prescriptions may possibility affect me and how to interact each prescriptions when taken together. By taking some in morning and a different type at night.The Pharmacist Nathan, Kristen and Keta with their support staff Dipesh, Michelle and Marty are just second to none.What I really like is there is no turn over. Believe in that they bend over backwards to use the best phrase!! I have NEVER encountered a Staff member who fails to smile-ask about your needs and , in my case ?, always remember and use my name. The staff will help to both assisting in choosing any . “Publix is undoubtedly the best pharmacy in the Morrisville/Cary when it comes to long term meds without insurance, like meds for blood pressure etc. They honor the Good Rx and have the lowest prices compared to Walmart, Walgreens etc. Besides that the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend them for aforementioned scenario.”

“This is a convenient location near a roundabout and local establishment near Cary Fi Station #5.Based on various experiences, I find the Harris Teeter employees helpful from locating items inside the store as well inquiring about availability of items that I stopped in to purchase. Normally I do self check out but have found the cashiers always polite and courteous.The location also has scratch off tickets which is convenient without having to stop at Sheetz or make an unnecessary stop somewhere else.Most recently, I noticed their prices are higher on some items than Whole Foods, so now I know to shop better as the price was more than $5 higher!”

“I felt that I had to write a review about the wonderful customer service that I received from this pharmacy today.First let me mention that I was frantic. I needed a prescription refill and had called several pharmacies to be told that the medication was on back order.I finally contacted this facility and they had the medication that I needed. Megan, the pharmacist per my request contacted my primary pharmacy to get them to send her the prescription. Talking about providing great customer service!!! This is just a prime example of excellent customer service… Becky, I think was the name of the other staff member that did so much to assist me. I can’t thank you both enough. Upon my arrival to pick up my prescription (an hour away), I was greeted with a smile by another young lady that was also a jewel. She even provided me a bag with an ice pack for my prescription since I had a distance to travel and the medicine require refrigeration. “All Publix are wonderful and this location is definitely amazing. Staff is all phenomenal...just to name a few...Linda and Brian and Gary and Thin Thin and Debra...and on and on. From the employees stocking shelves and caring about expiration dates and cleanliness to meat department (and seafood) employees who never hesitate to help and go above and beyond. I've never had an employee make me feel foolish or bothersome for questions and they always help me find things. I leave this store with a smile because it is truly a special place. About the only negative (really more sad) is there has been a lot of management changes and shifts of late. I wish management could stay steady for longer but employees do an excellent job and all the managers are wonderful.”

They make grocery shopping enjoyable!During Covid time check on policy for rain checks. Sometimes there are mild sticking issues so be patient.Still consistently enjoyable, whether Stone bridge, Sunset Lake Rd, Tryon village.”
