“I was having difficulty obtaining my prescription from my pharmacy and any other well-known pharmacy locally and within 50 miles out. My daughter uses Wellness Pharmacy and never has any problems with her prescriptions. I thought I would call to see if Wellness could help me. Well, they could.It was late on a Friday evening when I called. A wonder, kind, young lady named Stephanie F. answered the phone the first time I called. She genuinely listened to my concerns. She took all my information. Not able to reach the old pharmacy that night, she called me back to let me know she had been on hold on the phone with them and was hung up on. She told me she would try calling them back in the morning (Saturday morning) to get my prescription transferred to Wellness, and that is exactly what she did. That Saturday morning, within the hour, she had my prescription transferred and ready for me to pick up. This is the type of service that is very rare now-a-days. Thank you, StephanieF., you are truly one of a kind.”

Once you get into the Walmart pharmacy system, you can easily fill prescriptions at any Walmart.”

“Truly an incredible local business. They were so kind and went above and beyond for me. My dog's vet gave me a prescription for an anti-seizure medication that they did not carry. After going to multiple chain pharmacies, I was told by all of them that the prescription could not be filled for at least 4 days. I called Falls River Pharmacy in a state of panic, frustration and desperation. They were closing in 4 minutes and I was about 10 minutes away. They still had to check if the meds were in stock, count the pills to make sure they even had enough to fill the Rx and stayed after hours to accommodate me and my dog. I will eternally be grateful to them for showing kindness, compassion and going the extra mile. I will only come to Falls River moving forward for all my pharmacy needs. They are more than just a business, they treat their customers like family.”
