Shout out to EDWARD who gave awesome over-the-top customer service to my dear old mother! He was knowledgeable patient, and informative. He also remembered her from the day before. She was in good hands! Although I'm with an alternate phone service, my mom is happy with T- Mobile. Thanks T-Mobile, you rock!
