I understood with the s23 ultra, the screens were already very expensive not even including the charge of the work he would put in. I called around a few places, and his price was the best one. Not to mention he provided me a new screen protector, no charge. I would definitely recommend him! ?”

“Unprecedented service response. I had emergency firmware failure and needed the assurance of Yamaha specialists so there was only one place to call for me. Kelvin D went above & beyond by having his senior specialist Gary at my location the next day and assured me we would be squared away without worry so our Christmas program would not be negatively impacted. As a customer, that kind of response and assurance is satisfying, but difficult to find. I know my need for rapid assistance put DBI in a scheduling challenge, but they made it happen with a smile. I have known most of the senior staff at DBI for decades and I can attest to their expertise in all matters audio, video & lighting. Can't go wrong with these guys.”

“Gentleman told me my phone was really no longer serviced and usually the part was $70 and so was the labor basically. And as I had just stopped and looked at how much a replacement phone was like 190 it jus about cheaper to get a new phone that can be worked on and parts ordered and stuff so I guess it a new phone for me. And he agreed. I thank him alot for not trying to just get a sale and actually caring for the customers. If I have issues I will definitely go here though”

Jordan helped us out and was so patient when we were explaining everything we had been dealing with. The store manager, Bradley, took the time to come check on us and also listened to the challenges we had been facing. Both of them were determined to get our problems resolved before we left their store and that’s exactly what they did. We left there with everything fixed and are so relieved/thankful!”
