“I went into this Verizon store with an issue I’ve been dealing with for over a month. I’d spent numerous hours on the phone with Verizon with nothing being resolved. Jordan helped us out and was so patient when we were explaining everything we had been dealing with. The store manager, Bradley, took the time to come check on us and also listened to the challenges we had been facing. Both of them were determined to get our problems resolved before we left their store and that’s exactly what they did. We left there with everything fixed and are so relieved/thankful!”

“Ok, so usually I'll go on about how much I dislike the Spectrum office, how it takes forever to get to talk with a customer service rep, how there's twenty to thirty people in line, how the service techs are less than welcoming or attentive. Maybe borderline rude. But, the line moved efficiently, there was enough staff on hand to handle the work load, the system texted me to let me know when to come in and be attended. So really, really I can't complain, there was just enough seating, the space was cool and comfortable. And when it was my turn, the young lady was courteous, professional and knew what she was doing, so I left feeling confident that what I needed was done. I wouldn't go back because there are to many ways to do just about anything you need done with Spectrum from home online or via drop-off at UPS. So thanks Spectrum, I'm happy and even though I want to complain, I really can't because your staff did a great job of taking care of me.”
