I had lost my phone on the back of a truck (long story don't ask) He had at least 5 costumers come in all with varying degrees of issues and treated each one of them as individuals and gave them all his undivided attention. “Today I went to Boost Mobile on Cliffdale Rd., in Fayetteville, NC to replace my phone. A young lady by the name of Bree helped me, and I was completely and thoroughly satisfied with the customer service I received. She was knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to help me figure out my PIN number. She also has great multitasking skills, because she assisted 3 other people while I was there without neglecting me and my husband. Also, she’s funny as heck and it was like hanging out with a best friend. In my opinion, employees like Bree are a treasure and should be treated as such. Give her a raise and keep her there.”
