“Cricket wireless unlimited talk text and data and HBO for $60 a month for one line those HBO is included in that package plus a few additional items are included but if you add another line for $30 it'll be $90 a month but the app they have where you can play games and get credit to go on your phone bill is excellent and they definitely have excellent people and they're working friendly always smiling and happy and love the joke and they take their job serious and they treat the customers very well I would recommend this place to anybody and I would recommend to to anyone switch to cricket”

“I went in because I was having mechanical issues with my phone. I thought I would have to pay $99 for my phone replacement however Cameron noticed I had insurance through T-Mobile and called customer service to get me a live rep! Long story short, I only have to pay $5.35 for my new phone. Everyone was amazing and kind while I was in panic mode which made me relax myself! I’m so grateful for him and I truly feel that I would have spent unnecessary money had it not been for Cameron. Thank you all but especially him! This is MY store!”
“We went in to get Joe a new phone. Brian was very friendly and explained our options. He took us over to a display to share the size and ease of handling the different phones. We decided to use my husbands old phone as the trade in and I would get the new 15 phone. Brian was able to transfer all of my information to the new phone and explained some of the new features (which I love especially the camera) then he transferred all of my husbands info to my old phone. Brian was very patient with both of us and answered each question with sincerity. We will continue telling our friends and family about the excellent service we got at the Verizon store on Hope Mills Road in Hope Mills, NC and how professional Brian was during the process.”
