cross country move, and would recommend them to anyone! I worked extensively with Jeff and Jenn in the office to make sure everything was set. Move out day was very smooth because they sent a large crew for the pack up (Chris, Alfredo, Hugo, Leon, Kristofer, Kiara and Sal). Chris and a different crew (Armando and Carols) met me at the new place and were quick, hard working and very professional. Highly recommend Truckin for both local and cross counttry moves!”

“I moved into a unit two weeks ago and Parbatee and the young man (whose name I forget now) working that day were amazing! Very nice and helpful. He answered some questions and then processed my refund for the lock I didn't need.
Towards the end of the day I went into the office bc I had to switch my orig unit to a bigger one and that's when Parbatee helped! She checked the available units and made sure to tell me the diff costs + more importantly where each was (floor + distance from the elevators). I'd already unloaded all of my stuff out of a cargo van into my orig unit on the 1st floor close to the main doors. I was going to have to switch it all to the new one and I am so grateful for her taking the extra effort to figure out what was gonna be easiest + most affordable. She was very kind + lightheartedly chatting with me as she processed the change in the computer which helped revive me from how exhausted I was. The building and units were clean and no issues in general.”

“I've used these guys a few times; once to store furniture for a week-long project in my driveway, and another to store other things for a few months. We got a very sturdy looking storage container with a very sturdy lock. They kept our things on their property for a few months, returned it to us, and everything was still intact and had barely moved. They're also quick to deliver and pick up. Highly recommended for your storing needs, and affordable compared to some of the larger companies out there; also family owned and your money stays in NC!”
