“I've rented twice from Farell's and it's just the cleanest, best run place I've rented. I currently have 22? storage units around and about and I have issues at so many places. I have never had any problems here. The owner is available and so courteous and the units are always well kept, the parking lots well kept, no pests ever, not even a tiny bug. I put glue traps in every unit to catch anything at all and I've never had a spec of dust in any unit I've rented here. It's easy and open 24/7 and I just can't recommend it enough. I also feel safe here, which at times isn't always the case. I emptied a unit at night last week and was alone and didn't worry for 1 second about my safety and I was there until 11 pm or later. I encourage you to choose this facility. Trust me when I say I have experience renting storage, unfortunately! I just moved and at the last minute just needed close and easy. They just happened to have what I needed for a couple of months. Last time I had a LOT of units and stayed more than a year or more. Thanks for being great!”

I loved the previous owner, he was very kind and ran a great business - he is the sole reason why I selected this location originally. The new owners have been even better, much to my surprise. They are readily available by phone or text - Taeshia and Taylor have been wonderful. They were responsive to my requests, incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. The business owners have customer friendly policies that make moving in and out a breeze - you truly won't find this anywhere else. The location itself is safe and secure. My unit was in excellent condition and the overall property is well cared for.I'd select this storage location and business over any larger, corporate business any day - the value, customer service, and ease of use is unprecedented.”

“Tried to rent a trailer on the U-Haul app but was having trouble so called the Vickers Road U-Haul location and the gentleman I spoke with was very kind and through. He made my 8 day reservation without an issue. On pick up day (Sunday morning), the employees were prompt and helpful. They even accommodated my request to go down to the smaller size trailer last minute. The location is in a nice area and is very clean and well organized. Would definitely recommend this location, I think as long as you call ahead and confirm all your needs (dolly, pads, etc), as not every U-Haul location has the “extras” even if the app or website says they do, you will be fine!”
