The amenities like the gym and meals a few times a week is a plus and it makes it convenient to stay active without leaving home. The location is also ideal, with easy access to shopping centers and highways. Overall, Forest Pointe Apartments has truly been a wonderful place to call home.”

None of the other employees know NOTHING about any of the properties and always had to wait and ask for Katie’s help! She deserves more recognition!”

“I love this place! The rent is the cheapest in all of Durham (apartment wise), a beautiful neighborhood with quiet, serene neighbors! We have laundry on site, a pool, and a tennis court. I never feel unsafe here as a young woman, and the office staff is always friendly and amazing.”
“Was there to go to TJ Max with my wife. This is a very busy small older looking mall on 15/501 between Durham and Chapel Hill. However, it provides a number of retail stores, restaurants with easy access off, and on a very busy highway.”

Additionally, the community’s policy on prohibiting marijuana use, even for medicinal purposes, underscores their commitment to maintaining a serene and family-friendly atmosphere.
Despite the high standards, the pricing remains very reasonable, providing excellent value for money. My experience, including an easy early contract termination process, was seamless from start to finish.

“I have lived here for 2 years and I Love it! It's a quiet community, and I am blessed to have great, friendly neighbors!! The maintenance mgr.(Haywood) is a courteous, kind, and respectful. He gets all the work orders done in a timely, efficient manner. Since the change in the office, Bianca is professional, caring, and listens to tenants concerns. She's made a big difference in the way it was before. The only downside is Tenants cars being towed in the middle of the night. Everyone has circumstances, but your car being towed over a sticker should never be one of them. That's a Towing company that does not care.”
