“I can’t say enough good things about District Station in Morrisville. I lived there for four years and I miss it. There are many properties around that present an illusion and don’t deliver. District stands out as I have experienced. It is professionally managed by Ms. Hewett with a great friendly staff who assists you in making sure you feel valued as a resident. Many places lack this. Considering many people are not respectful in doing their part, District stands out in making this property a great place to call home keeping it clean, comfortable and in working order. The monthly socials and events by the management demonstrates their willingness to go out of their way to make you feel special. Again, a big thank you to properly managers, Ms. Hewett and Ms. Y. “After staying for more than 3 years, I can comfortably say that staying at Grace Park is the best decision I made for myself and my family. The leasing office and support staff are always so friendly and available. Every issue that I report are immediately being taken care. The best part of Grace Park is its strategic location and spacious rooms with high ceiling. The rents too are very economic compared to other neighborhood apartments. The addition of lifts to all the buildings adds a huge plus to Grace Park. I have always been recommending Grace Park to whoever have been moving to Morrisville or asking for recommendations. Best place for least car dependent.”

“The maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. My recent maintenance req was completed by 2 business days. Communication from the office has greatly improved. Changes like dog stations in smarter locations, smart locks & thermostats, and use of the resident app are welcomed. Loved the events like bbq, local businesses, & food trucks, even the free magnetic pads.Recycling is still required! Wish list: monthly donation pickup, community garage sale, community notice board by mailboxes, coffee & espresso station back, garbage stations and benches around lakes and apartments to bring residents out because living happens indoors and out.”

Jimmy, Oscar, Marvin are top performers ie: last request fix door, they came out same day, 1st appt for the day, drilled, installed and the door is intact. Thanks Guys!”

“2022-2023 Moved here about 6 months ago and have had a great experience so far! Shoutout to Fred, the office manager, who’s especially dedicated to his craft and has always answered any questions or concerns in a respectful and timely manner. Maintenance is very quick to respond. Updated, stainless steel smart appliances including microwave, stove, and refrigerator with ice maker! The neighborhood is mostly upper middle class families, and the surrounding area is very wealthy. Connected to an amazing greenway! There is a train nearby, but it hasn’t been bothersome for us. Shopping very close by, at the end of a culdusac so essentially no traffic. School bus stops right outside of property where the majority of the kids go. Pool and gym and laundry on site. Overall wonderful place to live in Morrisville from our perspective!”

“I love this community and so does my dog. I'm sure it be even better once they are done with the renovation project. I see that some people have a negative opinion of the on-going remodel, but it doesn't really bother me. I enjoy the dog park and the convenience the location offers. I'm sure that the nice ladies in the office are just as eager as the residents for the renovations to be completed.”

What makes Huntington home for me, is the people who work here.Daneen - A manager who obviously loves her job, her tenants, and her staff. “Camden is a good place. Most of the folks are friendly and eclectic. The office is not friendly and have found the manager (Shaun) lacks grace. They make a mistake don't expect any contriteness or a mellowing, you get double down attitude. Make sure you ask about the hidden fees (beginning and end of lease) and if you move in take pictures of any issues with the carpet and send to them. I have been here 21 years and Camden Properties as a whole will go up and above; the maintenance is absolutely great!”

“We came three times before we moved to make sure the community had what we needed. The best thing was having Magaly as a guide to explain everything to us. We had already been scammed once in another residential complex and we had doubts. Magaly was always clear and honest with us. Really, if it weren't for her, we wouldn't have moved here. Knowing that we have someone who is always willing to help with kindness gives you peace. In reality it is quite annoying when Magaly is not there, she has developed very well in her job”
