Overall great experience and I would have renewed my lease if it wasn't for having to relocate for a new job opportunity.Pros:Excellent locationWalk ability ( Walk to pick up groceries, grooming, dinner, school, gym, shopping, cleaners, social events & outdoor concerts on the grass right in front of your pad)Assigned school for middle school students is Carrol Magnet.Scheduled social events hosted by Midtown Green.Very safe area.Fantastic amenities including two outdoor BBQ stations, which we used often.Professional team managing the building.Street parkingEfficient and friendly maintenance team.Overall, high energetic frequency in the building. Truly loved living here.Cons:Note: Most cons apply to anyone living on the ground floor with french doors facing St. Albans drive or has children. Otherwise your good!Look down when walking the block on St. Albans. People do not clean up after their dogs. Poop everywhere! ( The building pressure cleans the sidewalk and passes the blower daily.)Roach infested area. (Midtown does a great job with pest control, but don't be surprised when you see them outside.) ?Tenants complain to the office about children making noise in the pool.Valet trash is a required monthly cost. Provides inconsistent service.”

“I’ve been living here for about 3 years now. Last year, I went through a terrible financial ordeal, and was on the brink of eviction. Shante in the front office helped me tremendously. She worked with me on getting a smaller, more affordable unit, and kept me from eviction until I could pay out what was owed. She gave me a list of resources that were unbelievably helpful. I was able to square it away finally, but it never would have happened if they just tossed me on the street. Everyone is struggling so hard these days, it really helps to know there are places and people who will work with you when everything seems hopeless. ❤️”

“I got very lucky when I found this place. The location is amazing: not far from downtown, close to Wade Ave, and right there next to Glenwood. The street is quiet for the most part for being so close to the bars/restaurants. The apartments and garage is secure which is awesome. Maintenance and the front office have been nothing but amazing. It always brings me joy to walk past the office and chat with Mrs V.”

“It was a total fluke when I discovered the Wedgwood apartments, but it was one of the best decisions I made when I signed my lease. Jason and Woody are amazing and very helpful whenever I have questions or concerns. The building is no spring chicken, but it has an amazing charm and feels homey. All of the neighbors are kind, helpful, and quiet at night. The rent is fair and the increase I received for the year isn’t outrageous. The fact that we don’t have to pay for parking, utilities, or any other additional fees is what I appreciated most when I first looked into renting an apartment here (besides Jason’s patience and help!) When Woody started working there, he was and continues to be courteous and knowledgeable! It’s an amazing place to live and ALL of the staff members are a pleasure to work with!!!! However, if you frequently lock yourself out of your apartment at night, this is a great place to help break you out of that habit ?”

“Hello... I can say as for peace and quiet it's a rating of 7 but i enjoy some of the people in the apartments that mind their business and stay to themselves but. What really boils my cankers is the fact that a lot of sneaky activities go on at night, from 1am to 6am where cars just pop up in the visitor's section and just sit there smoking weed with the lights on with no visitors pass for months. I was informed that the same 2 cars that hit my side fender have been parked in those spots for over a year, basically someone has a few others in their apartment not on the lease. Which is really dangerous in other matters. Tow trucks a week ago done a good job but needs to be -consistent- do to the same cars re-appearing after a situation with unregistered drivers from another state hitting my car, that strangely lives in my apartment for a long period. I'm glad the street was done with new markings so we can notice how the visitor's section is being used for parking by outsiders and trouble making company. Other wise i have no issue besides a few minor problems while living at cedar but after this one dog barking, and my car being hit by adult tenants that really don't belong here with new licenses to carry. It would be wise that once in a blue management take a look at that visitors section for tickets but i have to go in due time. Moving to Utah with my grand parents it's been ok but the damage to my car cost me a break in my bills good luck to the wonderful tenants that I have enjoyed speaking with.”

“The only problem I have is people cutting through the parking lot to skip the speed bump - right into areas where people walk and have their pets and children. Bacarra doesn't take care of it but don't be surprised if someone else starts doing something about it.”
