Brian Jones and Christy Wallace provided the upmost care and attention with my loan application and process. They excelled in every way possible and provided me with answers to all my possible problems and questions I had. They were extremely professional and courteous and it seemed at least to me that they put me first every step of the way. I would definitely recommend working with them and I have. I was able to purchase my house in a months time from the first interaction to signing day thanks to them and my amazing realtor Keila Feaster who connected me to SouthState and Brian and his team. They were very knowledgeable and they do this day in and day out and are happy to get you in a home. “I have no idea what the hell is wrong with the other reviewer. How is a BNC bank responsible for a Pinnacle customer in everyway during a transition of that magnitude. Just ridiculous! I was a Wells customer for years and years, switched everything over. I have a number of personal and business accounts. The service is amazing, everyone knows my name, my wife's name, my daughters name and all my employees. If I have an issue they help me as a friend (it feels like) not just a customer! This bank is AMAZING!”
“I am a new member of this bank and I have had a pleasant experience this far. The young ladies in there have given stellar service on every visit even though I keep minimal funds there. I will be seeking to do further business here as I am confident that I will be handled with great care and consideration. My only issue however, is online access. This worked for a while I even have the app on my phone and it all of a sudden stopped allowing me access. Frustrating but, I will be contacting the 800 number to resolve. Technology is the now and the future. It would be beneficial to keep things up to standard in this area.”

The guy Zuka rubbed me the wrong way bc he kept calling me “sis” & at some point told me to “calm down”. It was not a good visit at all, but this is my local Chase so I gave them another try.
I visited this week & Vanessa helped me. She was so sweet and professional and courteous , her customer service was great. In our conversation I found out she actually opened the branch. Let me add it was very nice and modern looking inside; very neat/clean. This was a totally different experience than the first one, so I would come back for sure.”

From the first phone call I could tell that Rosa would advocate for me and guide me in the right direction. She was extremely responsive from the time I submitted my application through my closing date. She had all of the answers. I kinda felt like I was getting ready to tour a model home. There was an area for coffee, they also have a really nice conference room that is open for outside meetings. Also, there is an outdoor space with seating that can be used for work or business. The branch manager Robbie was very welcoming and helpful. personable.”
