Very bizarre. I tried to drop off a FedEx Box, prepaid label- and the lady said she wouldn’t be able to scan and give me a receipt. So I went across the street to Postal Annex and they scanned it, no questions asked. Why and how would you not be able to scan a FedEx package and give me a receipt?

I have never had a bad experience with the owners or staff. They've always been knowledgeable and friendly. This is by far my go to for returns and shipping in general.

I was doing an on-line return. The store said they can't print the label per what the FedEx website said. If you can't do it why you sign up with Fefex?
