I needed notary services that FEDEX couldn’t provide so I went to UPS. Josh and his crew were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get in and out quickly.

I just made a return at this UPS store and Marisol noticed I held the return sheet that's suppose to be enclosed with the item. In a blink, she suggested she open the top of the box to put the return sheet inside, and then she taped it up with a beautiful smile. Encounters like this is what makes a day better.
