“I needed to ship my package (Macbook) to my daughter very quickly to Philadelphia and used UPS 2-day AM services and Macbook needed to be in my daughter's hand for very critical requirements and Fiona helped to ship with proper packaging and supposed to be reached 2nd Day AM but it did not reach for some reasons and we were very worried and TONI took this case very personally and contacted UPS backend office literally all day and providing me very honest status regularly and they took this as if its her own personal package and helping me and my daughter treating us as if we are Toni's close friends. Macbook reached same day and my daughter was able to use it as needed for that day. I have seen people provide the services and this is beyond their limits. THANK YOU Toni and Fiona !!”

“I had an appointment with TSA Pre. I arrived early. My appointment was not down. Carlos came to help with my situation. He was courteous and patient listening to my situation. I was told to stand by. Next Jake called me to his station. Because I had all my documents he was able to expedite my pre and he solved my problem. “I've always found this Postal Annex to be a great place to mail packages but my last visit is especially worth writing about. I arrived at the store at 4:09 and tried opening the locked front door not realizing that closing time is 4 PM on Saturdays. Jackson, a Postal Annex team member, was just inside and he opened the door to let me know they were closed. He asked how he could help and I told him I had a prepaid package to drop off. He asked if I needed it scanned and I told him that I did because I needed a receipt but told him I would come back. Instead, he happily took the package from me, brought it inside, scanned the package then brought me back out a receipt. He had been trying to get the store closed down for the day and I truly appreciated the extra effort and top notch service provided by Jackson!”
