“I am utterly impressed. I came to look today, the day after X-mas and I met the manager Nicole. The property was beautiful, the grounds were uber clean, the décor was so stylish with the high ceiling and all the accent walls blew me away. the vibe felt so great but her customer service was beyond impeccable. To actually have the manager working the day after X-mas so her employees could be with their families is pretty amazing. I have looked at several other places and I found some things to be lacking in either being tidy, or the employees not really treating their job like they were the owner. This place hit all the marks. I hope to relocate here and if I do this place will be the one for me.On a side note, the ladies room not only had pretty nice foaming hand soap but they also had a decorative hand lotion as well!!! I have been to 5 star restaurants that don't even have that. Also you can pick an accent wall that they will actually paint for you in your favorite color Amazeballs.”

“Brampton Moors is an amazing place to live. A great area, beautiful scenery, and even an amazing maintenance and office staff. Always very quick with responses, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall very pleasant and friendly people. Staci and Carol especially, they are the absolute sweetest office management you can ask for. If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would!!! If you’re looking for a great place to live I definitely recommend Brampton Moors!!”

“This review will have accolades that are well-deserved. I've lived at Crescent Arbors for 3 years and expect to be here for years to come. I love being here; it's my home. My apartment is lovely and nestled among mature trees and beautiful landscaping. The folks in management and maintenance truly care about creating and maintaining an environment that feels like a neighborhood. Their response time to my requests or questions is timely and handled well. The location in Cary is excellent, with an easy 1-mile walk, bike or drive to grocery stores, restaurants, various retail shops, a park, and greenways. The amenities of the property include a pool area with a lovely terrace and inviting seating, a tennis/pickle ball court, outdoor grills, and carwash bay. I enjoy walking through our neighborhood, chatting with other walkers and making friends with lots of small dogs. Am I happy here? Yes, well beyond my expectations.”

“** THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND NOT FOR OVERALL COMMUNITY **We moved in at High House at Cary in mid of 2023 and had a rough start with move-in experience first and then so many open maintenance issues. For the first couple of months, the minor maintenance requests i.e. fixing door, knobs and filters, etc. used to take min 2-3 weeks. However, since Daryl joined the maintenance team in Sept 2023, I have noticed a significant improvement in the quality and efficiency in addressing the maintenance issues. His professionalism and logical approach stand out, and 10 out of 10 times he attends and fixes the issues in a single visit. I believe performance of maintenance team is a reflection of quality of any apartment community and Daryl is trying very hard to improve that experience here and management should take a note of it.Kudos to you Daryl, I hope you continue working here and improve the living experience in this community.
