We had to call maintenance a few times a year but every time, they responded and had the issue fixed within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours. The managers that we had during our time were responsive and kind. We moved due to purchasing a house but would’ve stayed otherwise! As a young female I felt safe taking my dog out at night and being alone in the apartments. There will always be things like occasional car break ins or issues whenever you have an apartment complex, especially one off of a bigger road like jones ferry, but I always felt safe. We are very grateful for our time at Ashbrook.”
