“Found this floor screen treasure at Sunnyside Trading Co., and shipped it down to our home in St Thomas, US Virgin Islands. Used two doors to frame out the doorway between kitchen and butler pantry. Everyone was so helpful and I Sunnyside will be my new go-to for that must have special piece. Bonus is that I have two more to use in our office.”

“Such an amazing atmosphere with all the houseplants you could want! Perfect for pet friendly houseplants. Also got my girl a gift for her new office. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. “Sanctuary of Stuff is a unique gift shop in Woodfin (north of Asheville). There's a fun vibe, with beautiful pottery, glass, jewelry, clothing, homewares and baby things made by artists, many of them local. Perfect place to find something for that hard-to-buy-for person. The owner was very friendly. We'll definitely be back!”

“Beautiful woodwork and sooo many great gift ideas at every price point. Located right off I-40, so it's easy to find and make a quick stop, and the smell inside the showroom, of wood shavings and essential oils (from their candles) is lovely. I also love that everything is made right there, in-house.”
“East Fork makes exceptionally well-made pottery and you can see all the current glazes in their Asheville store! It is really helpful to be able to compare the different sized bowls and plates, since figuring out exactly what you might want for dinnerware by shopping online can be tricky (they have so many options for bowls!). They also sell beautiful silverware and other home goods here. This store is definitely worth visiting when in Asheville!”

“I loved this store so much that I spent an hour looking through downtown Asheville boutiques just to find it hoping to find an online store (maybe someday???????). They had wonderful items for every taste from jewlry to bags, homegoods and accesories, clothes and everything in between. As many others have mentioned, not sure how this doesn't "represent Asheville." I came down from ATL for a long weekend, but everyone I met seemed to have a do whatever makes you happy attitude. Too bad it seems like a select few have decided they are the face and opinions of the entire city. ??”
“The area rug selection is comprehensive: varied designs, piles, fibers, etc. There is home decor as well. Above all, Matt was the salesman who I can’t say enough about. He’s knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I wouldn’t have found my great wool sisal without him!”

“Love the variety of merchandise. Found deck furniture I loved, chair pads and a set of dishes.But in the hour I was in the store I saw 4 pieces of furniture that were damaged, as well as 2 damaged urns. What appalled me most was that they were put out on the floor! Makes me wonder if they intend to actually sell these items.”
