“Let me start off as this is my 3rd great experience with this location. We came into Verizon to do an upgrade and Caeven helped us! Unfortunately half way through we found out that the $1000 trade in deal was only if you do the upgrade online yourself. Verizon corporate would not honor it in store, which they should change. Caeven, even though he wasn’t getting any commission still walked me through the entire process online so we could get the bigger promotion. He didn’t have to, he wasn’t making any money off of us, but he still helped. Thank you!The time before this, we saw Cesar for an upgrade and that was also a great experience.I will definitely be back to this store again!”
