“The young ladies I deal with inside the BOOST MOBILE STORES on Maple and N. Church St. are ALWAYS so helpful and go there extra mile in making my shopping experience convenient and fair. Today I found a new phone case for my older model phone at the Church St location, however, there was no more screen protectors in which you get at a discounted price when buying both. One of the ladies contacted the clerk at the Maple Ave store and I was told the screen protectors were available and being that I had requested to buy both at the same time I was told I could go there and get the screen protector at the SAME discount since I'd bought the case which was $25 all together. The ride was worth their service and it goes a long way to be able to get what you want and need from both stores who were on one accord. I appreciate it.”

“I got locked out of my phone and couldn't access it because I didn't know the correct password. I couldn't even factory reset it myself because to turn it off I needed the password. Cellfixx factory reset my phone in 30 min and I was able to finally access my device. Thank you so much cellfixx.”

They both were very patient with me and so very helpful in the purchase of my new phone. They made the experience and transition very pleasant. Definitely my go to people from here forth. “Let me start off as this is my 3rd great experience with this location. We came into Verizon to do an upgrade and Caeven helped us! Unfortunately half way through we found out that the $1000 trade in deal was only if you do the upgrade online yourself. Verizon corporate would not honor it in store, which they should change. Caeven, even though he wasn’t getting any commission still walked me through the entire process online so we could get the bigger promotion. He didn’t have to, he wasn’t making any money off of us, but he still helped. Thank you!The time before this, we saw Cesar for an upgrade and that was also a great experience.I will definitely be back to this store again!”

“I stopped by here around 1:35 PM on a Thursday afternoon for the primary purpose of getting windshield wiper fluid. When walking in the home/pharmacy entrance, you could see Halloween items such as costumes, buckets, and candy. The Birthday aisle with bags was looking scarce for bags. While walking, I saw a huge clearance sign hanging from the ceiling, so you know I had to stop by. I found a desktop organizer for four dollars. I also found a nice candle too! They had a lot of summer items such as toys and water related things on the clearance. Of course, I continued to browse the rest of the store. I looked at the TVs because I want to get one for my office. I didn't find what I was looking for. I did find the windshield washer fluid that I wanted. I got Rain-X, all season, 2 in 1, and it was about $4. On the same aisle, I saw a fuel injector cleaner, and I decided to get one of those too. I then proceeded to make my way to self checkout because my friend was getting impatient. I can spend hours in Walmart, lol. I utilized Walmart pay to pay for my items. I love doing this because it gives a digital receipt that automatically saves on my account. Total, I spent about 35 minutes during this visit.”
“I visited here around 10:50am on day after Christmas to get some discounted Christmas PJs. I found some for my kids but all the adult ones were gone. I'm sure people where there EARLY, which I should've been, lol. I ended up getting some groceries too that were on sale or had a deal from the target app. My friend put me on to the deals and what not and I may just be a target person now over Walmart! It was fairly busy in the store too. No major complaints tho.”
“We had an emergency and needed to pick up some young children in the middle of the night; we didn't have car seats and limited funds. The car seats on the shelf were way more than we had to spend..I asked a man that was stocking if he could help us , and he directed us to Tammy..I explained our situation, and although she was busy directing several employees, as well as responding to a page, she said she would go in the back and she what she could find. Tammy came back with a big box of various car seats all the correct sizes within our budget!! This store has not always been my go-to , it could be cleaner, and the outside tidier; but when it counted, this employee came through !”

“This is two reviews in one, but they're connected... A few weeks ago, I was having trouble transferring my service over to the iPhone I purchased from the Apple Store. I'm a current Verizon customer, but am not the main person on the account. I'm on a family plan with my parents and my stepdad is the account holder. I walked in first thing in the morning and Justin was able to help me right away. My parents and I live in different states, so he sent my stepdad a link to give Justin permission to activate my new phone. It took maybe 20 minutes and I left a happy customer. Fast forward later, my parents were visiting me. My mom's iPhone was somewhat older and she was ready to upgrade. I called this Verizon store to make an appointment for my mom (because shopping for a phone can be time consuming) for the next week and Jonathan said he would take care of them. That morning Jonathan texted my mom that he was not going to make it, but that someone else (I think her name was Brittany/Britney) would be able to. I was a little nervous that he cancelled day of, but it was nice that Jonathan said he found someone to help instead. When I say Brittany/Britney, was AMAZING, I absolutely mean it. She upgraded my mom easily and even my stepdad too (who has been very stubborn about upgrading). She got them a great deal for their trade-ins and new phones. Additionally, my stepdad has been having trouble logging into his business account and upgrading our plan to unlimited. He has a Verizon consultant back where he lives, but they always said they couldn't do anything or they gave him the run around. She made this look easy. And the fact that we now have an unlimited plan, I cannot thank her enough! This Verizon store is super helpful and I highly encourage anyone to go to it.”
