“I switched to T Mobile from Verizon about a year ago because the coverage is sooo bad in Mebane. The folks at T Mobile were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Recently I had a difficulty with my phone (of my own doing). That required about an hour to repair. The manager (Antwon) stepped in and utilized his expertise to fix the problem. Believe me, it was beyond the call of duty and took multiple phone calls. It is helpful to remember, with all the low cost plans and "comealongs" that the lowest price is not always the best deal. “Let me start off as this is my 3rd great experience with this location. We came into Verizon to do an upgrade and Caeven helped us! Unfortunately half way through we found out that the $1000 trade in deal was only if you do the upgrade online yourself. Verizon corporate would not honor it in store, which they should change. Caeven, even though he wasn’t getting any commission still walked me through the entire process online so we could get the bigger promotion. He didn’t have to, he wasn’t making any money off of us, but he still helped. Thank you!The time before this, we saw Cesar for an upgrade and that was also a great experience.I will definitely be back to this store again!”
