There really needs to be some direction upon entering the store. Customers get “signed in” but that’s only when there’s an associate available to do so, otherwise people are wandering around.

My husband bought me a watch for our Anniversary. When I went in to pick it up it was all ready to go. The rep explained how easy it is to set up on my own rather than paying them to do it. I appreciated that.
