Not only did they do a great job wiring everything but they also fixed the horn all for a very reasonable price! Derrick and their crew are professional and go the extra mile! “Best buy is best buy , I only buy when items are on sale, otherwise they are more expensive. I wish they were a certified Samsung repair outlet. That would make Samsung repairs much easier considering Syracuse is the closest one. I do recommed three free touchscreen monitor when you buy a stereo over $250 from Best buy. Look for sales and compare prices.”
“Lee has been amazing so has Sarah and we literally just paid three things off of our account and they get us the best deals possible they go out of their way especially when it comes to being late or only being able to pay half of it majority of our stuff in our place is rented from them except for the stove and the refrigerator but all around they have been good to us I don't know why people keep on giving this place bad reviews”

“I have purchased two major things from here for$350 plus tax on a cash and carry basis. This first was a full size washer and dryer. And the second was a sectional living room server the pillows and an ottoman. Beautiful ❤️ I love this place. I wasn't charged for delivery for the washer and dryer but it was only $75 forget to deliver the sectional. If you have your own truck this cost would not exist. Less expensive then Big Lots and bett r quality!!”

“i absolutely can recommend t-mobile especially THIS t-mobile to everyone i know. Nathan helped me upgrade my line plus get airpods & an apple watch with no hassle. He took his time with helping me. we laughed a lot which made the experience 1000x better. customer service was excellent even when the customer service number from t-mobile was not. Life is really about the small things, and mounting the toilet paper dispensers a height where you dont end up dragging your knuckles on the floor is such an underrated appreciation! Why are there no ergonomics for bathrooms? What a relief!This location has fresh pizza, tim hortons, a good selection of beverages, alcoholic options too. A seating area to eat your snacks is a rare find!The cashier was friendly and welcoming, and I will stop here again in the future!”
“This team is amazing...they work together like a well oiled machine...I went in to have one of my employees phone serviced...while that was being taken care of another gentlemen came up told me able a free phone to add to my business account...then showed me a multi charger & new pro buds...I told him that I had to leave but I would be back to get them...He called me Ms. Irving, and asked for my phone number...when I returned to get my employees phone they had all the items I needed bagged up, even the new free phone for my new employee...Thank you for the amazing service”
“Maggie in customer service was exceptional today. When I walked in to do a couple returns I noticed the line was four or five people deep. Planning on waiting, I settled into the line and chatted with other customers also in line. Maggie was going zip zip zip through that line that I blinked and it was already my turn. She was the perfect balance of friendly and focused. She processed my returns no problem and even through the PPE mask she shared a smile and a "have a great day". During those tough times it's people like Maggie who keep customers coming back. Thanks for being here today.”
“We were in to get a new phone's screen protector applied. Nice employees, we were brought over pretty much right when we arrived. The guy started the process when another customer walked in. He helped the new person for a little bit and then came back and finished up with our phone.”

“I had purchased a telephoto lens for my camera of the same brand. While it did fit, it was not fully functional. The autofocus function did not work, and I am a novice photographer so making manual adjustments at this stage is not practical. I wrote to the local store explaining my situation and the fact that the return time had passed. The store manager called me and gave me a full in-store refund. Very pleased.”
