Called them asking for a quote for some work, not knowing that they only do European cars, but the woman I spoke with on the phone was nonetheless very helpful, able to diagnose the issue with my car from a description of the symptoms, as well as refer me to another shop. Very helpful.

The quality and thoroughness of his work is impeccable and he should be considered the premier foreign car repair shop in Northern New York.
