“Ever since I was introduced to this mechanic shop, not only have they saved me money, but they have done a really great job with my vehicles! My only problem is that they're parking lot is really small. I hope that they get more revenue to build a bigger parking lot. They are very busy so if you would like to book them please call ahead to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins take a little bit longer, which is expected because of how busy they are. They do the job just as great as any dealership, but cost way less.”

Not only did they resolve the issues I was having with my car, but you can tell that the staff/team here is passionate about what they do, and go above and beyond when it comes to quality customer service. I’m not the most educated person in regards to automotive issues, however Chris took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on, what they could do for me, and made recommendations for next time so I could plan accordingly. “I first went to Davidson Ford near Wally's only because I was interested in a Bronco. The entire lot was all used vehicles with only 1 new Bronco. The experience was absolutely horrible, and they wanted 30k for a used vehicle with 33k miles and obvious cosmetic damage to the vehicle. The "best" they could do was drop the price to 29.5k. Before walking out the door I knew it was a mistake going anywhere other than Wally's!”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would..to me 5 is not enough. Shawn has the best customer service me and my husband witnessed since we moved here from Maryland. We were having car problems and needed a rental to get us through the weeks so my husband and I can get to work till our car was finished. He understood our troubles and helped us and worked with us so we wouldn’t be stuck between a rock in a hard place. He was very informative about Watertown and where to go or what we needed to do in order for us to get our ducks in a row. Like I said we just moved here and knew nothing about anything. But Shawn helped us every step of the way. Very nice and caring person. Since we moved down here Shawn is the only person we trust and not take advantage of the fact we were not from here. “We'd give 10 if we could. After our (former) 2021 Prius Prime was T-boned by a motorhome mounted on a Dodge Ram truck at 50 mph, we need a new car. That one was total - yet we walked away with only broken ribs. (Toyota's side airbags and emergency operator system worked perfectly).After other Toyota dealers harassing us with bait-and-switch offers for Certified Used Toyotas, which NOT Priuses, not small, etc., I put a call in to Waite Toyota in Waertown - about 5 hours from our house - on a Friday.Matt Spencer was the salesperson I reached, and he was a gentleman from start to finish. We drove home with our replacement 2021 Prius Prime (this happened to be an LE) Sunday. No upsells, no hassles about money or manager intervention, we got an additional 800 dollars off (we asked for 1,000 off) a good 2021, just like the car that had SAVED OUR LIVES, and in a safe, BRIGHT color that can be seen in all weather. All paperwork, taken care of fast.
