I called to ask if my prescription (6 pills!!) would be ready. They said one hour. I waited an hour and went in. They said just a minute. It took another 45 minutes for SIX PILLSTheir whole business is to be a pharmacy. I will be taking my business elsewhere and so should you. Poor job Rite Aid.

No public restroom, can't spend money if you need to use the restroom first. Perhaps it's because it's in a depressed area and they've had issues? But seriously, it's the only decent thing to do if you're a public business.

Arrived to get flu shot at 4:45 with paperwork filled out. They refused because they close at 5:00 pm.. wow... I wish I could tell people that I'm not taking them 15 minutes before my shift ends.I'll be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.
