“Autumn, the FCM at the 1188 NiagaraFalls Blvd location, restored my lost faith in humanity today. I had a friend out of state in trouble and immediately in the need for funds, and I tried to deposit, but policy was no cash. I had to get money orders, but they didn't clear immediately, and she saw me in distress and went above and beyond. I let the manager know as well, but if she were not there to care and assist, my friend would have been evicted by the end of tomorrow with her autistic daughter who are 10 hours from me, I felt helpless and cash apps are not that safe. What an amazing human and asset she is! Thank you from all of us!Pam”

“I don't recommend doing direct deposit after hours. It will take 3 business days to be added to your account. It was very frustrating. I also think they should be open on all non federal holidays. Being a member of the fedic makes them government employees. I don't approve of that. I'm sorry. I like the bank and the staff. They're very friendly and courteous. So don't take offend of myself opinions.”
